01
About the role
A stand-in is a player available to support the division when the main roster cannot compete with its full lineup. The role does not guarantee a permanent place in the starting five or appearances in official matches. We are looking for players who want to stay close to the project, understand how Aristo operates and be ready to step into the roster when required.
02
Responsibilities
Keeping the division informed about your availability and responding to substitution requests as quickly as reasonably possible.
Participating in selected practice sessions or scrims when needed to prepare for a potential substitution.
Being prepared to represent Aristo in official competition when the roster requires a substitute.
Adapting to the tactical structure, communication and rules used within the division.
03
Requirements
At least 16 years old.
Regular communication with the team and the organization.
A responsible approach to agreed schedules. We understand that the project is currently passion-driven and everyone has other commitments — if you cannot attend practice, a match or a meeting, we simply expect advance notice.
A mature approach to teamwork, no toxic behaviour and respect towards other members of the organization and opponents.
Willingness to build a stable project rather than treating Aristo as a short-term stop.
Flexibility and understanding that demand for a stand-in may be irregular.
Ability to adapt quickly to the team and perform the assigned role.
04
Preferred
Experience playing in an organized roster or tournament environment.
Role flexibility or experience playing more than one role.
05
What we offer
Entry fees for agreed leagues, tournaments and qualifiers entered by the division are covered by the organization.
An official Aristo Esport jersey after 6 months within the organization, fully covered by Aristo.
Dedicated communication infrastructure for the division, private Discord space and direct contact with the organization.
Media support from the organization including graphics, social media, member presentation and broadcasts whenever possible.
Support with equipment required by tournament organizers. If participation requires additional equipment, Aristo arranges and covers it within the organization's capabilities.
The opportunity to represent Aristo in practice and official competition when a substitute is required.
The opportunity to get to know the team and division without immediately committing to a permanent starting-roster position.
The possibility of being considered for future changes or vacancies within the main roster.
