01
About the role
The Valorant division is the next stage of Aristo's expansion beyond Counter-Strike. We are not looking for players for a single tournament or a short-lived mix. Our goal is to create a roster that practices, competes and develops together as a full division of the organization. We currently do not impose a strict rank requirement — potential, attitude, communication and the ability to function within a stable team are more important to us.
02
Responsibilities
Regular participation in agreed practice sessions, scrims and team preparation.
Representing Aristo in competitions and qualifiers entered by the division.
Actively working on individual performance and the development of the team as a whole.
Openness to feedback and active participation in team communication.
03
Requirements
At least 16 years old.
Regular communication with the team and the organization.
A responsible approach to agreed schedules. We understand that the project is currently passion-driven and everyone has other commitments — if you cannot attend practice, a match or a meeting, we simply expect advance notice.
A mature approach to teamwork, no toxic behaviour and respect towards other members of the organization and opponents.
Willingness to build a stable project rather than treating Aristo as a short-term stop.
Competitive ambition and willingness to develop within a team environment.
Ability to function as part of a team and put team interests above individual statistics.
04
Preferred
Previous experience in an organized roster or tournament competition.
Awareness of your preferred role, strengths and playstyle.
05
What we offer
Entry fees for agreed leagues, tournaments and qualifiers entered by the division are covered by the organization.
An official Aristo Esport jersey after 6 months within the organization, fully covered by Aristo.
Dedicated communication infrastructure for the division, private Discord space and direct contact with the organization.
Media support from the organization including graphics, social media, member presentation and broadcasts whenever possible.
Support with equipment required by tournament organizers. If participation requires additional equipment, Aristo arranges and covers it within the organization's capabilities.
The opportunity to help create the first Valorant roster in Aristo's history.
A project focused on building a stable core and long-term development.
A genuine influence on the culture, working structure and direction of the developing division.
