About the role

Previous professional coaching experience is not required. Aristo can be a place where someone with a strong understanding of Valorant begins their coaching path. We are primarily looking for someone who understands the game, can analyse team problems and wants to develop together with the project. The coach may be involved from the trials and initial roster-building stage.

02

Responsibilities

Supporting trials and evaluating candidates for Aristo's first Valorant roster.

Creating and maintaining a structured team practice process.

VOD review, analysis of the team's matches and opponent preparation.

Developing tactical concepts, the map pool, agent compositions and team systems.

Providing regular feedback and helping identify individual and team-level issues.

Working with the Section Captain, players and management on the team's long-term development.

03

Requirements

At least 16 years old.

Regular communication with the team and the organization.

A responsible approach to agreed schedules. We understand that the project is currently passion-driven and everyone has other commitments — if you cannot attend practice, a match or a meeting, we simply expect advance notice.

A mature approach to teamwork, no toxic behaviour and respect towards other members of the organization and opponents.

Willingness to build a stable project rather than treating Aristo as a short-term stop.

Good knowledge of Valorant, its mechanics, meta and the fundamentals of team tactical work.

Ability to analyse gameplay and turn observations into actionable feedback.

Willingness to develop your own coaching skills alongside the developing team.

04

Preferred

Any previous experience as a coach, analyst, IGL or someone involved in leading a team.

Experience playing or working within an organized Valorant roster.

05

What we offer

Entry fees for agreed leagues, tournaments and qualifiers entered by the division are covered by the organization.

An official Aristo Esport jersey after 6 months within the organization, fully covered by Aristo.

Dedicated communication infrastructure for the division, private Discord space and direct contact with the organization.

Media support from the organization including graphics, social media, member presentation and broadcasts whenever possible.

Support with equipment required by tournament organizers. If participation requires additional equipment, Aristo arranges and covers it within the organization's capabilities.

The opportunity to begin or develop your coaching path without requiring previous professional-level experience.

The opportunity to help build the competitive structure of Aristo's first Valorant division from the ground up.

A genuine influence on player selection, team structure and long-term direction.
