About the role

The Section Captain will act as the main link between Aristo's Valorant team and management. We are looking for someone familiar with the Valorant environment who can also help us build the division from an organizational perspective. The Captain will communicate team needs, follow available competitions and help coordinate the division's day-to-day operations. The role may be combined with being an active player or IGL.

Responsibilities

Representing the Valorant division in day-to-day communication with Aristo management.

Keeping management informed about the team's needs, issues and relevant changes.

Identifying suitable leagues, tournaments, qualifiers and other competitions for the division.

Coordinating competition registrations, deadlines and roster readiness.

Following the Valorant scene and providing the organization with information relevant to the division's development.

Supporting roster building, trials and the evaluation of potential players.

Requirements

At least 16 years old.

Regular communication with the team and the organization.

A responsible approach to agreed schedules. We understand that the project is currently passion-driven and everyone has other commitments — if you cannot attend practice, a match or a meeting, we simply expect advance notice.

A mature approach to teamwork, no toxic behaviour and respect towards other members of the organization and opponents.

Willingness to build a stable project rather than treating Aristo as a short-term stop.

Good knowledge of Valorant, its tournament scene and competitive environment.

Independence and willingness to take responsibility for part of the division's organizational work.

Preferred

Experience in an organized Valorant roster, leading a team or acting as a captain or IGL.

Knowledge of the process of registering a team for leagues, tournaments and qualifiers.

A competitive level allowing you to also compete for a place on the active roster.

What we offer

Entry fees for agreed leagues, tournaments and qualifiers entered by the division are covered by the organization.

An official Aristo Esport jersey after 6 months within the organization, fully covered by Aristo.

Dedicated communication infrastructure for the division, private Discord space and direct contact with the organization.

Media support from the organization including graphics, social media, member presentation and broadcasts whenever possible.

Support with equipment required by tournament organizers. If participation requires additional equipment, Aristo arranges and covers it within the organization's capabilities.

A genuine influence on how Aristo's first Valorant division is built and its long-term direction.

Direct cooperation with management on decisions regarding the operation and development of the division.

The possibility of combining the Section Captain role with being a player or IGL if it fits the needs of the developing roster.
