Social Media Assistant

We are looking for someone to support the day-to-day management of Aristo Esport's social media channels - X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.

About the role

The Social Media Assistant will support Aristo's presence outside the game server. We are not looking for someone expected to take full responsibility for the organization's communication from day one, but for a person who can help prepare and publish content regularly, react to current events and adapt materials for different platforms. The role is suitable both for someone with previous social media experience and for someone looking to build a portfolio while developing within a real esports project.

Responsibilities

Helping manage and regularly publish content across X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.

Preparing and publishing communication around matches, results, roster changes, recruitment and other events related to Aristo.

Adapting content to the characteristics of each platform instead of publishing identical material across every channel.

Helping create short copy, captions, posts and announcements consistent with Aristo's communication style.

Suggesting new formats, short-form content ideas and ways to increase community engagement.

Following current developments involving the organization and the esports scene so relevant information can be communicated on time.

Working with people responsible for graphics, the website, players and other media activities within the organization.

Requirements

At least 16 years old.

Regular communication with the team and the organization.

A responsible approach to agreed schedules. We understand that the project is currently passion-driven and everyone has other commitments - if you cannot attend practice, a match or a meeting, we simply expect advance notice.

A mature approach to teamwork, no toxic behaviour and respect towards other members of the organization and opponents.

Willingness to build a stable project rather than treating Aristo as a short-term stop.

Good understanding of how at least several platforms such as X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or Facebook work.

Ability to write short, natural and grammatically correct content.

Ability to react to current organizational events, particularly on match days, around results and important announcements.

Interest in esports and a basic understanding of communication surrounding teams, players and competitions.

Preferred

Previous experience managing a profile, page, esports project, brand or your own social media channels.

Basic ability to create or edit short-form content for TikTok, Reels or YouTube Shorts.

Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar software will be an advantage.

English skills sufficient to prepare simple content for an international audience.
