01
About the role
The Head Coach will work directly with Aristo's Counter-Strike 2 roster, supporting tactical preparation, game analysis, practice structure and player development. We are looking for someone who will not simply observe matches, but become an active part of the team's development process.
02
Responsibilities
Helping create and structure the CS2 division's practice process.
Reviewing demos, analysing the team's matches and preparing for opponents.
Supporting the IGL and roster in developing tactical concepts and the map pool.
Providing regular player feedback and helping identify issues within the team.
03
Requirements
At least 16 years old.
Regular communication with the team and the organization.
A responsible approach to agreed schedules. We understand that the project is currently passion-driven and everyone has other commitments — if you cannot attend practice, a match or a meeting, we simply expect advance notice.
A mature approach to teamwork, no toxic behaviour and respect towards other members of the organization and opponents.
Willingness to build a stable project rather than treating Aristo as a short-term stop.
Strong knowledge of Counter-Strike 2, its mechanics and modern tactical concepts.
Ability to analyse gameplay and translate observations into actionable player feedback.
04
Preferred
Previous experience as a coach, analyst, IGL or in another team leadership role.
Experience reviewing demos and preparing material for players.
Ability to organize work independently and create a structured practice process.
05
What we offer
Entry fees for agreed leagues, tournaments and qualifiers entered by the division are covered by the organization.
An official Aristo Esport jersey after 6 months within the organization, fully covered by Aristo.
Dedicated communication infrastructure for the division, private Discord space and direct contact with the organization.
Media support from the organization including graphics, social media, member presentation and broadcasts whenever possible.
Support with equipment required by tournament organizers. If participation requires additional equipment, Aristo arranges and covers it within the organization's capabilities.
Work with an established CS2 division featuring a stable core and experience in official competition.
A genuine influence on the team's competitive development and working structure.
A long-term project without an assumption of rebuilding the roster after every individual poor result.
